The following are some of the published Newsletters of the Forum.

Volume 15 Issue 4 - May 2009

This was published to coincide with the Spring Conference of 2009. It centred mainly on the issues surrounding the issues of Moon Sighting and the controversies surrounding it. Two feautre articles were published - the first being The Problem of Moon Sighting in Nigeria: The Way Out and the second Eidul Adha Controversy.

Volume 15 Issue 3 - August 2008

This was published to coincide with the Summer Conference of 2008. It centred mainly on the theme of the Conference Muslims in Diaspora and the Socio-economic Development of Nigeria. Two feature articles were published with the first being Defining some of the Most Urgent Socio-Economic Problems of Nigeria and the second My Six Golden Years at ABU Zaria - Professor Osman Ahmed Isma'il.

Volume 15 Issue 2 - May 2008

This was published to coincide with the Spring Conference of 2008. It centred mainly on the issues surrounding the Arch Bishop of Canterbury's comments on the inevitability of establishing Shariah in the UK. This is also in line with the theme of the conference Shari'ah in a Non-Muslim Society: the Myth, the Reality.

Volume 15 Issue 1 - December 2007

This was published to coincide with the Winter Conference/Annnual General Meeting of 2007. It centred mainly on United State's efforts at establishing presence of its Millitary in Africa through the AFRICOM project.

Volume 14 Issue 3 - May 2007

This was published to coincide with the Spring Conference of 2007. It centred mainly on The Muslim as an individual as well as a member of the community. In addition, it looks at the challenges facing Muslims in general, and those in the West in particular.

Volume 14 Issue 2 - December 2006

This was published to coincide with the Winter Conference/Annnual General Meeting of 2006. It centred mainly on a paper titled "Colonialism and Socio-Political Dislocations in Sub-Saharan Muslim Communities in Central Nigeria", delivered at an International Youth Conference organised by NACOMYO in September 2006.

Volume 14 Issue 1 - August 2006

This was published to coincide with the Summer Conference of 2006. It centred mainly on the perceptions of the West about Islam and the Muslims. Three key articles were published - details can be found in the Newsletter.

This was published to coincide with the Spring Conference of 2006. It centred mainly on the life and teachings of the Noble Prophet Muhammad (SAW). It was carefully chosen to coincide with the publication of the Danish Newspaper about the Prophet (SAW).

Volume 13 Issue 3 - December 2005

This was published to coincide with the Winter Conference/Annual General Meeting of 2005. The concluding part of Dr Abdullahi Shehu's presentation on Role of Muslim Doctors in Diaspora Towards the Development of Nigerian Hospitals, delivered at NMF's Spring Conference of the same year.

Volume 13 Issue 2 - July 2005

This was published to coincide with the Summer Conference of 2005. The presented by Dr Abdullahi Shehu on Role of Muslim Doctors in Diaspora Towards the Development of Nigerian Hospitals, delivered at NMF's Spring Conference as well as the Welcome address of the Imam of the Green Lane Islamic Centre (Venue of the Conference) were published.

This was published to coincide with the Spring Conference of 2005. The presented by Dr Salisu Shehu, Lecturer at the Bayero University, Kano on Nigeria and the Parable of a Sinking Ship, an Innaugural Lecture of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Muslim Forum.

Volume 12 Issue 4 - December 2004

This was published to coincide with the Winter Conference/Annual General Meeting of 2004. A paper written by Dr Ashiru Sani, former Amir of the Forum (1995/96), titled Hajj and Our Journey Towards an Islamic Way of Life: Significance and Lessons for the Islamic Movement was published.

Volume 6 Issue 3 - June 1997

This was published to coincide with the begining of the new Islamic Calendar of 1418. Several issues were presented. These include, among others, death, society and a tribute to late Shaikh Abubakar Mahmud Gumi.

This was published to coincide with the Hajj period of 1417. The feature article, Hajj and our Journey towards an Islamic way of Life: Significance and Lessons for the Islamic Movement, centred on the lessons to be learnt by those involved in Da'awah activities.
