Held at the Muath Welfare Trust, The Bordesley Centre,Stratford Road, Camp Hill, Birmingham, UK, B11 1AR, on Saturday 2nd May 2002. The theme of the Conference was Moon Sighting and Controversy in the Muslim World. Speakers at the event include Dr Usama Hassan, who presented a paper on Science and Moon Sighting, Alhaji Is'Haq Kunle Sanni, who pressented issues surrounding on Moon Sighting in Nigeria and the Efforts of the Sultan, Br Hassan Al-Rowani, who presented a paper on The Need for Unity in the Muslim Ummah, and Dr Tajuddeen Yusuf, who presented a paper on Making the Maximum Use of the NMF Online Discussion Forum.

Nigeria Muslim Confeence 2008 - Markfield, Leicester, December 2008

This is the first joint NMC held at the The Islamic Foundation,Markfield, Leicester, from Wednesday 24th to Friday 26th December, 2008. 2 The theme of the Conference was Our Children, Our Future. Speakers at the event include Professor Masood Baderin, Dr Imran Alawiye, Br Usama Hassan, Br Abu Muntasir, and a host of others.

Summer Conference - Leeds, August 2008

Held at the The Leeds Grand Mosque,9 Woodsley Road, Leeds, on Saturday 23rd August 2008. The theme of the Conference was Muslims in Diaspora and the Socio-economic Development of Nigeria. Speakers at the event include Dr Omer El-Hamdoon, who presented a paper (as well as co-ordinated a Workshop) on Upholding the Values of the Shari’ah by the Individual Muslim in non Muslim Societies, Br Imtiaz Hassan, who presented paper on Beyond the Stereotype: Improving the Understanding of Shar’iah among the British Community, and Br Ibrahim Yahya, who presented a paper on Shari'ah and Good Governance.

Held at the Medinah Mosque and Islamic Centre,Barlow Road, Levenshulme, Manchester, on Saturday 3rd May 2008. The theme of the Conference was Shari’ah In Non Muslim Society: The Myth, The Reality. Speakers at the event include Professor Osman Sayyid Ahmed Ismail , who presented a paper on The Sokoto Literature and its Relevance to Present Day Muslims in Nigeria and Abroad , Dr Hadiza Isa Wada , who presented paper on Defining some of the most Urgent Socio-Economic Problems of Nigeria, Dr Bala Muhammad, who presented a paper on Diaspora Returnees and the Challenges of Development in Nigeria: Reconstructing the Attitudinal Infrastructure, and Dr Qamaruddeen Abidogun, who presented a paper on Nigerian Muslims in Diaspora: A Blueprint for Meaningful Contribution Towards Nigerian Economic Development .

Winter Conference & AGM - Nottingham, December 2007

Held at the Pakistani Centre,Woodborough Road, Nottingham, on Saturday 29th December 2007. The theme of the Conference was Imaan, Spirituality and the Hereafter. Speakers at the event include Sheikh Sofo Adam Sakkwato, Mansfield Central Mosque. He presented a paper on Preparations for the Hereafter, and Sheikh El-Fatih Ibrahim, Muslim Welfare House, Nottignham.

Summer Conference - London, September 2007

Held at the London Muslim Centre,Whitechapel, London, on Saturday 9th September 2007. The theme of the Conference was Muslims and the Challenges of Living in the West. Speakers at the event include:

Sister Rafeat Batool, presenter of Building Muslim Home of the Islam Channel. Her paper was titled 21st century Muslimah: Challenge or Opportunity. Also at the event was Dr Najmuddeen Jumoh, Ameer, Islamic Awareness Forum. He presented a paper titled Islam and Challenge of Living in the West, and Alhaji Garba Sani, founding member of the Nigeria Muslim Forum as well as its first Treasurer. He presented a Workshop titled Islam and Personal Development.

Held at the Common Room, University of Dundee,Dundee, on Saturday 7th May 2007. The theme of the Conference was Science and Soul: Technological Advancement and the Muslim Ummah. Speakers at the event include:Dr Farouk Sarkin Fada, University of Liverpool. He presented a paper titled Challenges of Science and Technology to the Muslim Ummah. Also in attendance was Ustadh Ibrahim Yahya, Director, Al-Hudah Quranic Education Trust, London. He presented a paper titled Environmental Protection: Islamic Scientific and Legal Perspectives. Others include Dr Omar El-Hamdoon who presented a paper titled Science and Soul Development, and Dr Ali Al-Dabbagh who presented a paper titled Scientific and Technological Development: Tool for Da’awah

The theme of the Conference was Globalisation and Islamic Revival in Nigeria: Prospects and Threats. Speakers at the event include Professor Dawud Noibi, IQRA Trust who presented a paper on Umar Ibn Abdul’Aziz and Sultan Bello: A Comparative Study in the Learning, Piety and Good Governance of two Muslim Rulers, Dr Kemal Helbawi, Senior Elder and first President, Muslim Association of Britain (MAB). He presented a paper titled Globalisation & Islamic Revival in Nigeria: Prospects and Challenges. Others include Dr Abdullahi Shehu, Consultant Neurologist and Chairman Muslim Doctors and Dentists’ Association (MDDA). He presented a paper titled The Role of Muslim Doctors in Diaspora in the Development of Nigerian Hospitals, and Ustadh Usman M. Shuaib, Lecturer, Department of Law, BUK - Kano. He Co-ordinated the workshop titled The Challenges of Globalisation to Islamic Renaissance.
